アメリカ人メンバーのキャロルの「日常生活で使われる英語を学ぶ」がありました。
Carol , our American member, presented a lesson

子供などが、車に乗るときに「助手席に乗る！」"Shotgun!" と言うそうです。
「わかったよ！」got it=Okey dokey オキドキ なんか覚えちゃう感じですね。

本日は、たっぷり、即興スピーチ（テーブルトピックス）の
コーナーがありました。
Today we have extended the time for improvisational speeches.
This is a special project.
前半 擬態語を英語で説明をする。
後半 質問に答えた人が質問を作り・・と順送りにする
The first half time
"Explanation of mimic words in English"
1)「きょろきょろ」
Miwa explained meaning of "kyoro kyoro"
"Making eyes move curiously when looking for something.
2)「つるつる」
Hiromi explained meaning of "turu turu"
"There are three types of meaning."
1 When eating soba as if inhaling.
2 When the ground is slipping
3 No hair
3)「わくわく」
Yoko explained meaning of "waku waku"
"Expecting, joy from the inside
Feeling like kids are looking forward to being taken to Disneyland
For example, if you have an appointment with an old friend and imagine that day, you will be delighted from the inside. Such feelings."
4)「さらさら」
Ayako explained meaning of "sara sara"
"No humidity
For example, sugar. Skin condition
Another type is stream flow."

The question is
★ What is the most impressive sky?
At midnight, when I was in a very difficult situation, I was driving in a snowy and cloudy sky.
In the morning, the ground was covered with snow and the sky was covered with clouds.
I saw a round space, from which I could really see blue and blue.

I can't forget the color of the blue sky seen through the clouds at that time.
