The 287 meeting on Aug. 2

President MK called the meeting to order.

Word of the Day was “Great” presented by HA.

At the prepared speech session TM MK delivered a speech about Leadership style.

It was a great speech!

 TMOD (Meeting chair) was TM YY.

She also took a role as a Joke Master.

She presented 『枕草子』in a modern young guys words, YabaiYabai.

TM MT conducted Go Go English session.

Topics were the memories of summer days.

someone talked about swimming in school days. Through the talking, I learned for the first  time that in Japan, teachers teach studentshow to swim, but in the United States, parents teach their children how to swim. Great!

休憩を挟んでの後半は日本語で進行。

最初のセッションは即興スピーチ。話題を提供するのはTM AK。次々に出題される話題に応えて行きます。

・人生で一番印象に残ったものは？

・What made you happy recently?

・一番思い出に残る場所は？

・What has surprised you the most so far?

・今、もっとも伝えたいことは？

・最近なにがあった？

論評のセッションを仕切るのはTM TG。

TM MKのスピーチに対する論評と例会全体に対する評価を端的に行いました。

今週の3賞は、

最優秀即興スピーカー：TM PN

でした。
